Macrodyne, Inc. shall guarantee that a staff of knowledgeable trained engineers will be available to aid the customer with routine and emergency situations to include troubleshooting operations to isolate and identify failed components, etc. in a timely manner.  All major system components may be removed and replaced without the need to disconnect field terminations allowing subsequent analysis at the board level back at the factory.  Substitution equipment is typically shipped within 24 hours of notification and isolation of failure.  Replacement equipment is typically shipped within 7-10 days after receipt of failed components.

All units are warranted against defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the final acceptance of the equipment.  Faulty units will be repaired at no charge when returned to the factory or authorized service center within the warranty period.  

A service/support facility shall be maintained in accordance with established business practices, which shall be open with facilities for receiving incoming calls during normal business hours for customer support.
