Didn’t take the time to really look at my situation. Just put me on antibiotics and said If gets worse to go emergency room. It’s a Saturday and here I am at the emergency room and my situation is worse.

Everyone was extremely professional and went went above and beyond besides having to wait 13 hours to get a room upstairs but I understand stuff like that takes time everything else was great and definitely would be coming back again if I needed too thanks again for all the excellent care most hospitals aren’t nearly as nice as yours same as all the doctors and nurses and all of the staff literally everyone was nice thanks again can’t thank you enough for the quality care I got I would highly recommend this to anyone who needed the care I did thanks again

I had to visit the clinic on a Sunday morning and received very friendly and compassionate care from all of the staff, especially Jessica Paulson P.A. There was very little wait time and I felt as though everyone genuinely cared for my wellbeing. Would recommend to anyone needing urgent care services.

Staff was friendly and courteous and my condition was properly diagnosed. I had issues with your online scheduling system because I couldn't bypass uploading images of my insurance card and driver's license. I was prepared to provide them during check-in, but there was no way for me to confirm my appointment, as your system would not allow me past these screens. I was using my laptop to schedule the appt and my photos are in my phone. I had quite a time figuring out a way to get the photos from my phone to my laptop all the while concerned about why I had blood in my urine. It was during the night and no one to call. Stressful to say the least.Although staff was friendly, your office appearance is basic and not welcoming. I was surprised to see that in the bathroom, there was nowhere for me to place the urine cup after filling it to allow me an opportunity to clean myself and wash my hands.
