Create Congressional Age Limit
North Dakota voters will decide whether to impose an age limit on members of Congress from their state. If the measure passes and survives any future legal challenges, it would ban North Dakotans from being elected or appointed to Congress if they would turn 81 by the end of the year before their term expired. All three current members of North Dakota’s congressional delegation are younger than 70. Read more
