Uitgesloten van Premium korting zijn: lopende aanbiedingen, cadeaubonnen, verzend- en transportkosten, artikelen die wettelijk zijn uitgesloten zoals boeken, levende have, tariefzakken en gasflessen. Producten of diensten van Vets Place (dierenkliniek) en bij de dogwash of trimsalon.

Deze algemene voorwaarden zijn van toepassing op ons betaalde voordeelabonnement Pets Place Premium. Wij kunnen leden van Pets Place Premium extra helpen met de zorg van een huisdier met relevante adviezen en informatie. Daarnaast zijn er extra voordelen verbonden aan Pets Place Premium, zoals een korting van 5% op bijna het hele assortiment van Pets Place.
Je kan je aanmelden voor Pets Place Premium door een account aan te maken op de website www.petsplace.nl (Website) of in de Pets Place applicatie (App). Zonder een account kun je niet aan Pets Place Premium deelnemen.Door je aan te melden voor Pets Place Premium ga je akkoord met deze algemene voorwaarden.Op het aankopen van producten op de Website en via de App zijn de overige voorwaarden van Pets Place van toepassing.
Kosten Pets Place Premium
Het jaartarief voor Pets Place Premium wordt vermeld op het moment van aanmelden voor Pets Place Premium.Pets Place is gerechtigd om het jaartarief voor Pets Place Premium van tijd tot tijd aan te passen. Pets Place zal jou informeren over een prijsverhoging ten minste 30 dagen voordat de aanpassing wordt doorgevoerd. Indien jij niet akkoord gaat met de aangekondigde verhoging, dan dien jij je af te melden voor Pets Place Premium voordat het aangepaste jaartarief daadwerkelijk wordt doorgevoerd. Indien jij gebruik blijft maken van Pets Place Premium nadat het jaartarief is aangepast, dan wordt jij geacht akkoord te gaan met het nieuwe jaartarief.Je kunt de kosten voor Pets Place Premium via onze Website betalen, of in één van onze fysieke winkels door jouw persoonlijke barcode in de App te laten scannen door een winkelmedewerk(st)er.Na betaling kun je direct gebruik maken van de voordelen van Pets Place Premium.
Deelname aan Pets Place Premium
Deelname is alleen mogelijk met een geldig e-mailadres en indien je 18 jaar of ouder bent. Pets Place mag erop vertrouwen dat je jouw leeftijd naar waarheid invult.
De barcode in de Pets Place App is persoonlijk en kan niet worden overgedragen aan een derde partij met als doel hiermee voordeel te behalen. Als Pets Place merkt dat dit toch gebeurt of als zij vermoedt dat er sprake is van diefstal, misbruik of fraude van of met het betreffende Pets Place Premium lidmaatschap, kan zij besluiten om het Pets Place Premium lidmaatschap met onmiddellijke ingang te beëindigen en je account te blokkeren.
Een Pets Place Premium account kan wel worden gedeeld in één huishouden (mensen die op dezelfde locatie wonen als de accounteigenaar). In totaal kun je drie profielen aanmaken op één Pets Place Premium account.
Duur, beëindiging, wijziging en/of uitsluiting van Pets Place Premium
Pets Place Premium heeft een looptijd van 1 jaar. Het lidmaatschap gaat van start op het moment dat de betaling voor Pets Place Premium is afgerond. Pets Place Premium kan niet tussentijds worden opgezegd. Zolang je nog geen gebruik hebt gemaakt van Pets Place Premium heb je het recht om binnen 14 dagen na de aankoop van Pets Place Premium de aankoop te annuleren.Eén maand voor het verstrijken van de looptijd zal Pets Place per e-mail contact met je opnemen om je erover in te lichten dat de looptijd bijna verstrijkt. Daarbij zal ook de mogelijkheid worden gegeven om Pet Place Premium te verlengen met nog eens 1 jaar. Om te verlengen zal je het op dat moment geldende tarief voor Pets Place Premium moeten voldoen. Je kunt Pets Place Premium ook verlengen in de Pets Place winkels of via de Website.
Als je geen gebruik maakt van de mogelijkheid tot verlenging, zal jouw Pets Place Premium account en de daaraan verbonden voordelen automatisch (van rechtswege) eindigen zodra de looptijd is verstreken.
Gedurende de looptijd van Pets Place Premium heb je geen recht op restitutie van al voldane betaling aan Pets Place Premium.
Pets Place is gerechtigd om personen uit te sluiten van deelname indien zij daartoe aanleiding ziet.
Voordelen van Pets Place Premium
Deelname aan Pets Place Premium biedt je als klant van Pets Place grote voordelen. Wij helpen je met de zorg van jouw huisdier door het geven van relevante adviezen en informatie op het juiste moment. Bij iedere aankoop in de online shop of in één van de fysieke winkels krijg je 5% korting op de meeste producten uit het assortiment van Pets Place. Pets Place behoudt zich het recht voor bepaalde producten uit te sluiten voor de kortingsregeling. Deze kortingsregeling geldt niet in combinatie met andere kortingsacties, aanbiedingen en/of diensten, tenzij dit uitdrukkelijk bij een actie, aanbieding of dienst is vermeld.
Op de Website krijg je de korting automatisch nadat je bent ingelogd met je persoonlijke account. In de winkel krijg je de korting aan de kassa na het laten scannen van de persoonlijke barcode uit de App op je mobiele telefoon.
Persoonlijke gegevens en privacy
Wij verwerken jouw persoonsgegevens als jij je aanmeldt voor Pets Place Premium. Zo verwerken wij jouw aankoopgegevens zodat wij jou relevante communicatie en aanbiedingen kunnen sturen die specifiek voor jou interessant zijn. Wij vragen jouw expliciete toestemming voor deze persoonsgegevensverwerking op het moment dat jij je aanmeldt voor Pets Place Premium.

Wijziging van Pets Place Premium en/of de algemene voorwaarden
Pets Place mag te allen tijde, naar eigen goeddunken, zonder compensatie van deelnemers, Pets Place Premium en/of de algemene voorwaarden, regels, voorschriften of voordelen op elk moment beëindigen, eenzijdig wijzigen, beperken, opschorten of aanpassen.
Pets Place zal je uiterlijk een maand van te voren over een wijziging van de algemene voorwaarden of de beëindiging van Pets Place Premium informeren via de Website, App en/of via het door jou opgegeven e-mailadres. Het is je eigen verantwoordelijkheid om de algemene voorwaarden regelmatig te controleren om op de hoogte te blijven van veranderingen. De meest actuele voorwaarden staan op onze Website. Op de datum van inwerkingtreding van de gewijzigde voorwaarden vervallen alle voorgaande algemene voorwaarden.
Indien een wijziging van deze voorwaarden tot gevolg heeft dat aan jou een prestatie wordt verschaft die wezenlijk van de toegezegde prestatie afwijkt, heb jij de bevoegdheid om jouw account bij Pets Place Premium te ontbinden per de datum dat de gewijzigde voorwaarden in werking treden. Indien je je Pets Place Premium blijft gebruiken na de inwerkingtreding van gewijzigde algemene voorwaarden, aanvaard je daarmee de toepasselijkheid van de gewijzigde voorwaarden.
Als één of meer bepalingen van deze algemene voorwaarden in strijd blijkt te zijn met een wettelijk voorschrift, zal de betreffende bepaling komen te vervallen en zal deze worden vervangen door een door Pets Place vast te stellen nieuwe rechtens toelaatbare bepaling, zo veel als mogelijk met inachtneming van de strekking van de te vervangen bepaling.
Toepasselijke wetgeving
Op deze algemene voorwaarden is het Nederlands recht van toepassing. Eventuele geschillen, claims of onenigheid die voortkomen uit deze algemene voorwaarden of deelname aan Pets Place Premium zullen worden voorgelegd aan de bevoegde rechter te Gelderland, locatie Arnhem.

These terms and conditions apply to our paid benefit subscription called ‘Pets Place Premium’. We offer Pets Place Premium members extra help with pet care with relevant advice and information. There are also additional benefits associated with Pets Place Premium, such as a 5% discount on almost the entire Pets Place collection.
You sign up for Pets Place Premium by creating an account on the website www.petsplace.nl (Website) or in the Pets Place application (App). Without an account, you cannot join Pets Place Premium.By signing up for Pets Place Premium, you agree to these terms and conditions.Purchases of products on the Website and via the App are subject to the other terms and conditions of Pets Place.
Costs Pets Place Premium
The annual fee for Pets Place Premium is stated at the time of signing up for Pets Place Premium.Pets Place is entitled to adjust the annual price for Pets Place Premium from time to time. Pets Place will inform you about a price increase at least 30 days before the adjustment is implemented. If you do not agree with the announced increase, you must unsubscribe from Pets Place Premium before the adjusted annual fee is actually implemented. If you continue to use Pets Place Premium after the annual fee is adjusted, you will be deemed to agree with the new annual fee.You can pay for Pets Place Premium through our Website, or in one of our physical shops by having your personal barcode scanned in the App by a shop employee.After payment, you can immediately use the benefits of Pets Place Premium.
Participation in Pets Place Premium
Participation is only possible with a valid e-mail address and if you are 18 years or older. Pets Place may trust that you enter your age truthfully.
The barcode in the Pets Place app is personal and cannot be transferred to a third party for the purpose of profit. If Pets Place notices that this nevertheless happens or if it suspects theft, abuse or fraud of or with the respective Pets Place Premium membership, it may decide to terminate the Pets Place Premium membership with immediate effect and block your account.
However, a Pets Place Premium account can be shared in one household (people living in the same location as the account owner). In total, you can create three profiles on one Pets Place Premium account.
Duration, termination, modification and/or exclusion of Pets Place Premium
The Pets Place Premium membership has a term of 1 year. The membership starts when the payment for Pets Place Premium is completed. Pets Place Premium cannot be cancelled prematurely. As long as you have not yet used Pets Place Premium, you have the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days after the purchase of Pets Place Premium.One month before the expiry of the term, Pets Place will contact you by e-mail to inform you that the term is about to expire. You will also be given the opportunity to extend Pets Place Premium for another year. To renew, you will have to pay the current Pets Place Premium rate. You can also renew Pets Place Premium in the Pets Place shops or via the Website.
If you do not use the renewal option, your Pets Place Premium account and the benefits associated with it will automatically (by operation of law) terminate as soon as the term expires.
During the term of Pets Place Premium, you are not entitled to a refund of already made payments to Pets Place Premium.
Pets Place is entitled to exclude persons from participation if it sees reason to do so.
Benefits of Pets Place Premium
Joining Pets Place Premium offers you great benefits as a Pets Place customer. We help you care for your pet by providing relevant advice and information at the right time. With every purchase in the online shop or in one of the physical shops, you get 5% discount on most products from the Pets Place collection. Pets Place reserves the right to exclude certain products from the discount scheme. This discount scheme does not apply in combination with other discount promotions, offers and/or services, unless explicitly stated in the promotion, offer or service.
On the Website, you will receive the discount automatically after logging in with your personal account. In the shop, you get the discount at the checkout after having the personal barcode scanned from the App on your mobile phone.
Personal data and privacy
We process your personal data when you sign up for Pets Place Premium. For example, we process your purchase data so that we can send you relevant communication and offers that are specifically of interest to you. We ask your explicit consent for this personal data processing when you sign up for Pets Place Premium.

Modification of Pets Place Premium and/or the general terms and conditions
Pets Place may at any time, in its sole discretion, without compensation to participants, terminate, unilaterally change, limit, suspend or modify Pets Place Premium and/or the terms and conditions, rules, regulations or benefits.
Pets Place will inform you at least one month in advance of a change in the terms and conditions or termination of Pets Place Premium via the Website, App and/or via the email address you provide. It is your responsibility to check the terms and conditions regularly to stay informed of changes. The most up-to-date terms and conditions are on our Website. On the effective date of the amended terms and conditions, all previous terms and conditions shall expire.
If a change to these terms and conditions results in a performance being provided to you that differs substantially from the promised performance, you have the authority to cancel your account with Pets Place Premium as of the date the changed terms and conditions come into effect. If you continue to use your Pets Place Premium account after the entry into force of amended terms and conditions, you thereby accept the applicability of the amended terms and conditions.
If one or more provisions of these terms and conditions appears to be in violation of a statutory provision, the provision concerned will expire and will be replaced by a new lawful provision to be determined by Pets Place, as much as possible with due observance of the scope of the provision to be replaced.
Applicable legislation
These terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes, claims or disagreements arising from these terms and conditions or participation in Pets Place Premium will be submitted to the competent court in Gelderland, location Arnhem.
